Privacy Statement Evergreen Financial Services, as a financial services provider, is committed to safeguarding the confidential information of our clients. Respect for our client’s privacy is a cornerstone in the principles by which we conduct our business. It is not only what our clients expect, it’s the right way to conduct our business, which derives from basic principles of trust, ethics and integrity. The Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act of 1999 requires each member of the financial services industry to communicate its policy to consumers at the time of establishing a customer relationship. Further, the act requires annual notification to all customers. We collect nonpublic personal information about you from the following sources: • Information we receive from you on applications, tax preparation worksheets, other documents we use in preparing tax returns, or other forms. • Information we maintain about each of your transactions or holdings with us or others. • Information we receive from a consumer-reporting agency. We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about you to anyone, except as permitted by you and by law. These permissions include other companies as necessary to process your business. For example, we transmit your personal information to investment and insurance companies. Third parties in this category must limit their use of the information to the purpose for which it was provided. We may also provide it where required by law or regulation. Examples include responses to a subpoena, court order or regulatory demand, and as part of the Anti-Money Laundering Provisions as detailed in the U.S. Patriot Act. We also will share information as authorized by you. You may direct us, for example, to send your account statements and trade confirmations to a third party or provide information to other trusted advisors such as attorneys, third party administrators or CPAs in order to provide you with the service you require. We restrict access to your personal and account information to those employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to you. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to guard your nonpublic personal information.
